During this glass workshop in Sittard, you’ll discover the beauty of working with glass using the Tiffany technique, sometimes combined with elements of traditional stained glass.

The techniques are carefully chosen so that you can create a beautiful piece of glass art during a single workshop and take it home with you at the end of the day.

No previous experience is needed. I’ll guide you through each step, making the workshop accessible while still offering enough of a challenge to learn something new and create something you can genuinely be proud of.

An age-old craft with a contemporary twist

Tiffany and stained glass are beautiful traditional crafts with a rich history. With NAN Glass & Design, I want to bring this wonderful craft into the present with contemporary glass art designs.

For every workshop period, I create a new design specifically for the workshop. The design is carefully developed with beginners in mind: achievable without previous experience, but with enough detail and technique to make the process interesting and rewarding.

Because I love working with the seasons, there will be at least one new seasonal design every season.

This means that every workshop period offers something new to discover — and each design is available only for a limited time.

All workshops taking place during this period will feature this seasonal design.

Once the period ends, the design will make way for a new creation.

A private glass workshop for two

This is not a large group workshop. It is a private glass workshop for two people, created especially for friends, family members or anyone you would love to share a creative experience with.

Come with your best friend, your mother, daughter, sister or someone else who is special to you.

The focus is on quality time for two: taking a break from everyday life, doing something creative together and enjoying the experience without a large group around you.

The workshop price is the total price for two people. You book the workshop together with the person you want to share this experience with, and no other participants will be added to your workshop.

What can you expect?

During the workshop, I’ll guide you through the complete process of creating your glass artwork.

You don’t need any previous experience with Tiffany, stained glass or glass art. The design has already been created and prepared by me especially for the workshop, so you don’t have to come up with your own design.

Instead, you can focus on learning the techniques, working with the glass and enjoying the creative process together.

At the end of the workshop, you’ll both take home your own handmade piece of Tiffany glass art — a unique reminder of the time you spent together.
